Fry’s Spring Station

Edityor’s Note: Fry’s Spring Station closed in late 2023.

Housed in a historic 1930s service station, Fry’s Spring Station is the quintessential neighborhood joint. Although the space houses automobilia from various eras, it was actually built around the stone-fired hearth oven. It’s since been used to produce a variety of delicious fare, including New Haven-style pizzas and some cast iron dishes, including spinach-artichoke dip and fire-roasted veggies. The menu also features delicious salads, sandwiches, smashburgers, local craft beers, wine and cocktails. And don’t forget their selection of nostalgic desserts including hand-spun milkshakes and fried dough. The garage doors open to several large patios making it a great place to dine outdoors with friends and family. It is also the perfect place for a big event, personal or professional. Fry’s Spring Station is open for dinner Monday to Friday and for brunch and dinner on Saturdays and Sunday. They also offer additional hours for private parties, when available.
