The Spot – This restaurant, a collaboration between Vu Noodles and Greenie’s, is the most well-known vegetarian eatery in Charlottesville. Open Monday through Friday from 11 to 2, The Spot boasts vegan offerings like tofu banh mi, and a jackfruit BBQ sandwich. An all vegan and vegetarian joint sounds like a great way to live healthier.

Feast! – Next up on our list, we have Feast!, a gem located inside the Main Street Market.
