Junction is the third restaurant opened by Adam Frazier. After purchasing the property on which Junction stands and beginning renovations, Adam was inspired by the beauty of the historic building and began to envision the type of atmosphere that he wanted to evoke. The building started to feel like a turn-of-the-century saloon, and the idea of doing a modern take on the old west saloon was born.
Junction uses the freshest ingredients available (local, when possible) to create innovative Southwestern dishes. The cuisine is paired with a beverage program that focuses on hand-crafted cocktails, local and New World beers and wines.
