Selvedge Brewing is a chic, new craft brewery located in the fabulously-restored Wool Factory. They focus  on unique small-batch, culinary-inspired beers. Simply, these are beers crafted to be paired with food. And food that is best with beer. Named for the original wool fabrics produced when the mill was a mill, Selvedge beers range from New-England-style IPAs to pastry stouts – and everything in between. You can savor them in a unique and historic setting.
