Partners Haldun and Ali put down roots at the corner of Water Street and 2nd, opened the doors (and windows) and flooded downtown with the compelling scent of Turkish street food. The effect was instant and intoxicating! This is an excellent place to find fresh salads, tantalizing bowls, pita sandwiches, and wraps.
