Named for a delicate native Blue Ridge flower, Aster is one of our newest Downtown restaurants. Their menu, rooted in New American cuisine, celebrates the region through local, seasonal ingredients melded with Nordic, Japanese and French influences and techniques.
What’s served is guided by what local farms are harvesting and what’s at its peak. Aster wants its guests to be immersed in what Virginia has to offer, while sharing flavorful, fresh food and drink that bring people together.
