From the moment you arrive, you instantly sense you are of the right feather, because everything about Birdhouse tells you that the meal you’re about to enjoy is intimate, carefully prepared, and bound to please. Founders Liz Broyle and Tom Popa reinvented and expanded their home kitchen to serve the neighborhood organic wine and natural heritage chicken. Guess what?
