Guadalajara is Charlottesville’s earliest Mexican Restaurant. It was founded by the Ornetas Family in 1988 on Market Street in downtown, and today Guadalajara has three popular locations across town: Downtown on Market Street, East along the 250 Bypass on Pantops, and on Greenbrier Drive just north of town.
Popularly known as “Guad,” the name is synonymous with fresh and affordable Mexican cuisine. It has been a longtime favorite for Charlottesville and serves all the classic Mexican dishes hot and fresh! A broad menu ranges from chimichangas to their popular fajitas. The atmosphere is festive, and the service is swift.
Convenient and free parking is available at each location.
