Kanak Indian Kitchen

Recently opened by the experienced team who brought Milan to Charlottesville, Kanak Indian Kitchen is located in 5th Street Station and brings an excellent Indian culinary experience to the east side of Charlottesville. We recommend Kanak for either lunch or dinner. The space is open and communal which makes it perfect for small parties who seek the spicy, tangy flavors of classic Indian cuisine, from Tandoori Chicken Tikka to Anjeer Ananas Lamb. A full bar at front make a great place to meet up before going to your table. A traditional Indian soundtrack and attentive wait staff set the table for a comfortable yet exotic dining experience which has quickly risen to be a favorite among Charlottesvillians.
