Multiverse Kitchens

UVA Alum and celebrated chef Harrison Keevil started Multiverse Kitchens in McIntire Plaza in 2020 with the intention of diversifying his kitchen offering to numerous culinary styles, all now available over one counter. The interior of this Multiverse Kitchens resembles a food hall with lots of seating indoors and also outside beneath a covered porch. While staying to eat is perfectly acceptable, the concept is to order ahead for take-out or delivery. The six kitchens make branded dishes with refreshing humor and creativity, such as

Fowl-Mouthed Chicken — Grilled Spicy Marinated Wings, Chicken Skin Sliders, or our vegan “Chicken Fried” Oyster Mushroom Sandwich

Firebox — grilled meats, veggies, salads, and sandwiches

Brookville Biscuit & Brunch — all day brunch with options from The B.F.P. (a pancake big enough to feed a crowd) to The Hangover Cure (the breakfast sandwich that consistently lives up to its name)

Long Strange Chip — even different cookie options to choose from—with classics like Chocolate Chip and Oatmeal Raisin to crowd favorites like Bacon Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Pieces

Toad in the Hole — locally sourced and nutrient-packed meals at the perfect portion size and price point like Cinnamon Roasted Veggies, Organic Chicken Tenders, or classic Mac and Cheese
