Palladio Restaurant is a very upscale Italian restaurant located on the grounds of Barboursville Vineyard, and it may hold the title of Central Virginia’s finest dining. They generally only offer a 4-course, prix fixe menu with preset wine pairings, but this menu sure is impressive. Palladio boasts plates like honey-roasted stuffed quail with sautéed asparagus or lamb chops with crispy polenta and roasted radishes. This is the perfect complement to a day at Barboursville Vineyard, and truly special dining experience. Note: reservations are strongly recommended for lunch, and required for dinner.
