Tapt

Tapt, formerly Draft Tap Room,  has re-opened on Charlottesville’s Downtown Mall and offers over 100 varieties of domestic and international craft beer, wine, mead and more. Literarily, you can enjoy everything from Bud Light to Chimay here.

The format is perfectly convenient! When you check-in, you are given a card and a glass that gives you access to the taps. Everything is self-poured, and you pay by the ounce. Prices range from $0.25/oz. to around $3/oz.  Tapt is a “Pour Your Own Beet Market!”

The large space has numerous flat screens overhead and high-top bar tables in the center. Imagine a modern walk in the park, with your beverage in hand.  The new Tapt is perfect for sports fans, families, beer snobs, and anyone who likes to tailgate inside! Tapt is also good for private functions.
