Cafe Frank was born from one of the most creative restaurant minds ever to come from Charlottesville. And so the atmosphere is part Paris-chic and part Cville-chic. Eclectic art lines the walls of this cozy space on the Downtown Mall. Cafe Frank hosts fewer than ten tables inside, with additional patio seating under the Willow Oaks outside, so reservations fill-up quickly.
